Delivery in Spain

We ship to the entire Iberian Peninsula for a cost of 2.95€. Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands will have a cost of 5€. Orders over 50€ will be shipped free of charge throughout Spain. The expected delivery time is 2 to 5 working days for the peninsula. However, for Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, there may be a little more delay due to transport (3 to 8 working days).

 

International shipments

Shipments to Europe have a cost of 6€. Orders over 60€ will be shipped for free. Delivery times vary between 3 and 7 working days, depending on the destination country.

Shipments outside Europe have a cost of 8€. Orders over 80€ will be shipped for free. Delivery times will vary between 6 and 8 working days, depending on the country of destination.

 

Liability exclusions

Beldi Socks is not responsible for possible delays caused by the transport company. Likewise, Beldi Socks is not responsible for cases in which the delivery of the product cannot be performed as a result of incomplete data provided by the customer or for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the customer or the retention of the order in customs.

The customer shall be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred, including any additional taxes or fees.

 

Returns and exchanges

You will have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to make the exchange or return. The products must be new, in their original packaging and with the original labels. Returns of products that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Exchange and return costs are at the customer’s expense, except in cases where the product is defective.
